The Presiding Bishop is the Chief Pastor, Primate, and Chief Executive Officer of the UACC. The Office Presiding Bishop is responsible for initiating and developing policy and strategy for the Church. The Presiding Bishop also oversees communications and administration and serves as the President of the General Synod.
Most importantly, the Presiding Bishop is a Shepherd guiding and loving the flock with which the Office is entrusted.

The Office of the Chancellor manages much of the administration of the United American Catholic Church. It maintains church records including the Constitution and Canons of the church, church archives, personnel records, and sacramental records not maintained by local ministries.
The Chancellor of the United American Catholic Church is a cleric or layperson appointed by the Presiding Bishop to lead church administration. The Chancellor presides over matters related to the Constitution and Canons of the church including accountability, enforcement, and amendments. The Chancellor acts as church arbiter and mediator of disputes pertaining to the canons and presides at all national ecclesiastical courts.

The Administrative Secretary is responsible for official communications within and without the UACC, and administrative and operational functions of the Church's national temporal responsibilities under the direction of the Presiding Bishop.

The Office of the Treasurer is responsible for the financial matters of the Church’s national office under the direction of the Presiding Bishop.
The Treasurer ensures the preparation and maintenance of financial records, recommends an annual budget, and prepares monthly/annual financial reports as required. They may open, close, sign checks, make deposits and withdrawals, and otherwise maintain banking accounts and debit/credit cards for the Church. The Treasurer is the Chair of the Finance Committee.

The Office of Vocations serves on behalf of the Presiding Bishop and for the good of the Church to facilitate the process of discernment for women and men called to the ordained ministry. While the Office's primary focus is on diocesan Diaconate and Priesthood, they can also guide those discerning a call to the religious life by putting them in contact with the religious communities of the Archdiocese.

As needed, the CFC will seek and develop appropriate resources promoting the effective ministry of the clergy, as well as strategies and resources to assist clergy in spreading the word about the UACC in local ministries and how those seeking a new experience with the Church may get involved. The CFC will also continue working to develop and implement an onboarding process to offer support to newly incardinated and newly ordained clergy.
The role of the Commission for the Clergy (CFC) is to assist the Bishops and Leadership Council with promoting, supporting, and educating about the Church’s pastoral needs, concerns, and issues around the life and ministry of deacons, priests, and bishops.

The Office of the College of Bishops includes all Bishops incardinated within the UACC. As such, the Office of the College of Bishops deals with matters defining the Faith, Liturgies, and the Holy Sacraments. Inherently, the Office of the College of Bishops is charged with the preservation of Apostolic Succession and the election of the Presiding Bishop.
The Office of the College of Bishops is the Supreme appellate judiciary of the UACC and mediator of Intercommunion agreements and mergers.

The Office of Latin(x) Ministry determines where Latino Ministry needs exist and helps develop them. While focusing on Discipleship and Vocations, the Office will seek to provide faith formation opportunities, Sacramental Life, and leadership development to Spanish-speaking peoples throughout the Archdiocese.
