Very Rev. Kim Ziyavo, ordained to the Priesthood in 1995, has been granted the title of Canon to the Archbishop for her work with day-laborer and immigrant populations in Chicago. As Canon, she will be an immediate advisor to the Presiding Bishop.

The Very Rev. Ziyavo, along with her role as Head of the UACC Commission for Clergy will Chair the Department of Sacramental Justice for the Church.
