The monthly meeting of the Leadership Council consists of representatives from the Clergy, the Laity, and the College of Bishops. The group also includes the Presiding Bishop as Chair, the Chancellor as Vice-Chair, the Secretary, and the Director of Vocations. 

All meetings are open to the Clergy and Laity of the UACC as observers who can petition to bring items before the Leadership Council.

The Leadership Council maintains the day-to-day operations of the Church when the General Synod is not in session.
